Le superviseur de production releve du Directeur production et travaille etroitement avec les autres gestionnaires charges de la gestion des operations. Il est responsable des operations de production alimentaire pour son secteur et de l'ensemble des employes s'y rattachant (micro usine d'environ 80 employes uvrant sur les activites 24 heures).
Dans un contexte d'amelioration continue, son role consiste principalement a assurer le respect des normes sante securite, des normes qualite, l'atteinte des resultats d'affaires, a eliminer les pertes, les defauts en production, a developper l'autonomie des equipes ainsi que promouvoir un fort sentiment d'appropriation des processus operationnels.
RESPONSABILITES:
Sante et securite
Assurer la gestion de la sante et securite des membres de son equipe et le respect des procedures en vigueur en:
Mettant en place des actions preventives et correctives
Effectuant des tournees d'observation et inspections preventives
Assurant le respect des normes SST de l'ensemble de son personnel (port EPI, cadenassage, travail en hauteur, espaces clos, normes environnementales etc)
Participant aux enquetes des accidents de son secteur
Assurant la formation sante et securite du personnel de son secteur

Assurer l'atteinte des objectifs et respect des normes qualite de son departement en:
Assurant le respect des regles qualite (documentation, suivi procedures, HACCP, etc)

Realisant des audits de conformite

Optimiser la gestion des operations de sa micro-usine tout en respectant les budgets prevus en:
Assurant la realisation des cedules de production
Mettant en place des actions visant a contraindre aux problematiques de production
Maximisant la performance des equipements
Escaladant les problemes d'operation afin de maximiser la rapidite de resolution
Assurant l'atteinte des objectifs d'efficacite de son departement
Effectuant la gestion des objectifs financiers ainsi que des routines de gestion budgetaire
Dirigeant les presentations des reunions d'operations de son departement
Effectuant la gestion de ses equipes (coaching, developpement, formation, discipline).
Effectuant la gestion des effectifs (temps travaille, flexibilite, connaissances et savoir-faire, feedback, coaching, performance, developpement, reconnaissance, etc);
Assurant un fort leadership, au quotidien, dans l'atteinte des resultats et l'amelioration des pratiques et/ou des processus utilises.
Coachant les membres de son equipe, resoudre les problemes et apporter rapidement les correctifs et actions preventives appropries;
Communiquant avec les differents intervenants ou partenaires a l'interne et a l'externe afin d'atteindre les objectifs planifies et d'ameliorer les resultats;

Assurer le respect des pratiques et outils du systeme de gestion manufacturier (KHMS)
Diriger les rencontres operationnelles du KHMS
Participer a la creation de projets visant a assurer l'amelioration de l'efficacite operationnelle (rendement, Taux d'efficacite de ligne (TRG, OEE), etc.)
Diriger la mise en place d'actions visant a adresser les ecarts aux indicateurs de performances cles
Participer aux processus d'analyse de resolution de problemes
Qualifications:
Baccalaureat en sciences, ingenierie, gestion des operations ou toute autre discipline connexe
5 annees d'experience en supervision d'equipes en milieu manufacturier ou toute combinaison d'etudes et experience equivalente.
Bilinguisme
Connaissances intermediaires des logiciels de la suite Ms. Office
