Manufacturing Plastics Company in Plascencia is seeking a Quality Engineer to maintain the production process as efficiently and effectively as possible while still ensuring that the finished products are safe, dependable, and satisfy customer expectations. Design quality tests, develop the documentation, and test procedures, keep track of quality standards, specify the testing requirements by keeping an eye on quality processes and crucial in resolving problems when they arise.

Requirements and skills

  • Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies
  • Bilingual is a plus but not required
  • In-depth understanding of technical documentation
  • ISO Compliance, Regulatory and Audits
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis
  • Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant field
  • Additional certification in Quality Assurance is a plus
  • High proficiency in computer technology and systems operations
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • In-depth understanding of industry market trends and conditions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
