Reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate wanted for a clean, stable precision manufacturing environment. Support warehouse and production operations by handling incoming shipments, preparing outgoing orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Full-time schedule + full benefits.

Position Overview

Preci Manufacturing is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to support our warehouse and production operations. This role is responsible for receiving incoming materials, preparing outgoing shipments, tracking inventory movements, and helping keep materials and products moving smoothly through the facility.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders and packing slips
· Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging, labeling, and staging products accurately
· Use barcode scanners to track inventory movements and update inventory records
· Load and unload trucks using a pallet jack while safely handling materials
· Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment to support timely fulfillment
· Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation
· Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits as needed
· Work with production and warehouse team members to improve workflow and accuracy
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
