That’s the impact you’ll have at Teknor Apex, a company that began as Alfred Fain’s Rhode Island tire store in 1924 and has grown into a global custom compounder with nine U.S. locations and operations in Belgium, Singapore, Germany, and China. Still privately owned and family-led, we build long-term relationships—with customers and with people like you.

Your mission
  • Run blending and extrusion processes to craft precise thermoplastic compounds
  • Confirm item and lot numbers and quantities before every run
  • Log production information accurately and legibly
  • Keep the line clean, organized, and audit-ready
  • Champion safety for yourself and your team
Where and when you’ll work
  • Core opening: 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 2:45 PM–11:00 PM
  • Voluntary overtime when you want it
  • Shift differentials to recognize your schedule
  • Additional roles on second and third shifts for blending and machine operation
