Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Manufacturing Operations Support to join our team. This role is responsible for performing a variety of critical support functions within our manufacturing environment. The position encompasses multiple operational areas, including materials handling, production, testing and repair, and quality control. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations while upholding our commitment to quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform physical and administrative tasks related to the shipping, receiving, storing, and distribution of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and inventory tracking.
  • Assist with assembling, filling, measuring, mixing, and testing components in the manufacture of Agilent products.
  • Verify product performance to meet production specifications.
  • Conduct routine testing of assemblies and finished products.
  • Interpret test results and perform standard repair procedures as needed.
  • Inspect raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with Agilent's quality and reliability standards.
  • Document quality issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation for all operational activities.
  • Input data into and retrieve information from enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production support environment is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems and data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
