Job description

Our client, is seeking a CMM / Quality Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a quality lab environment utilizing various measuring devices and experience in working with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) including programming which will align successfully in the organization.

 Job Title: CMM Technician

Location: Columbus, IN

Pay Range: $19/ hour + (Depending on experience)

What’s the Job?

  • Second Shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm + OT as needed
  • Selects production parts for testing at specific stages/processes on the manufacturing floor per the final audit sheet. 
  • Records test data, applying statistical quality control procedures
  • Evaluates CMM data and documents and perform data input into computer system for analysis
  • Operate various testing equipment and assist Quality, Process, and Product Engineers with inspections including capability, layout inspections for PPAP

 What’s Needed?

  • More than 1 year experience operating CMM 
  • Stable job history (No more than 1 place of employe in the last 12 months) 
  • Results oriented, organizational availability, commitment with the organization, and teamwork.
