Job description


As a Sr. Engineering Tech here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a vital role in supporting engineering projects by assisting with the development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions. You will work closely with engineers and other team members to ensure the successful execution of engineering tasks and contribute to the overall efficiency and quality of our operations.
In this role, you will impact the timely delivery and quality of engineering projects by providing essential technical support, troubleshooting, and data analysis that help drive project success and innovation within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist engineers in the, testing, and validation of Aviation Fuel Controls, Wheels, & Brake products and systems
  • Support the execution of test plans and documentation
  • Analyze test data and provide detailed test input/logs to engineering teams
  • Maintain and coordinate calibration of engineering tools and equipment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering project and test teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • 1 year of experience in a technician mechanical role: such as aviation, automotive, agricultural, heavy equipment technician or mechanic
  • Knowledge of engineering principles and testing methodologies
  • Proficiency with engineering software tools. (Microsoft Office)
  • Experience with test equipment, instrumentation, and calibration procedures
