Mandarin Speaking - Construction Safety Manager
Location: Marshall, MI | Shift: Day (5/10s, potential for 6/10s) |

Environmental and Safety Solutions Inc. is seeking a Construction Safety Associate/Manager to support a large construction project in Marshall, MI. This role combines safety oversight with real-time interpretation to ensure clear communication and compliance in the field.
Summary:ย 
  • Job Position: Construction Safety Manager.ย 
  • Rate of Pay: โ€‹Salary + (85,000-100,000)โ€‹ (based on experience) W2, employee role.
  • Shift: Day Shift - 5/10s could shift to 6/10's. Plus additional compensation for OT.
  • Location: Glendale, KYย 
  • Project duration approx. 2 yrs

Requirements:ย 
  • MUST be fluent in Mandarin (Chinese) and English (normal conversations & Technical conversations)ย 
  • OSHA 510, CHST Preferred or additional experience.ย 
  • Prefer local to the project but will do per diemย 
  • 7-10 years of construction safety management experience.ย 
  • Ability to start this project ASAPย 
  • Must have excellent writing and computer skills.ย 
  • Great communication - written & verballyย 
  • Interpreter/Translator - Willingness to complete tasks as required; minimum 5 years of technical translating experience in industrial and/or construction environment.ย
