To thrive as a Mandarin Speaking Remote worker, you need fluency in Mandarin and English, strong communication skills, and relevant experience related to the remote role (such as customer service, sales, or translation). Familiarity with digital communication platforms like Zoom, Slack, and CRM systems, as well as typing proficiency in both languages, is typically required. Exceptional time management, self-motivation, and cross-cultural awareness are soft skills that help individuals excel in this position. These abilities ensure effective collaboration, high productivity, and excellent service delivery in a remote, multilingual work environment.

What does a Mandarin Speaking Remote job involve?

Additionally, seeking out companies with inclusive onboarding processes and active support for remote workers can greatly enhance the remote working experience.

Senior Non-QM Processor | Mandarin-Speaking | Remote

All Elite Loan

Burlingame, CA โ€ข Remote

$58K - $62K/yr

Full-time

Medical, Dental, Vision

Posted 20 days ago

Job description

Responsibilities

All Elite Loan, INC is a growing mortgage brokerage looking for an elite Senior Non-QM Processor to be a cornerstone of our operations. This is not a typical processing role โ€” you'll shape how we process loans, train the people who do it, and directly influence the products we bring to market. If you live and breathe Non-QM, lead with expertise, and communicate fluently in Mandarin, we want to talk.

What You'll Do

Processing & Operations

  • Process a full pipeline of Non-QM loans (VOE, P&L, DSCR, bank statement, asset depletion, foreign national, etc.) with precision and speed
  • Serve as backup processor for the team, stepping in to keep deals moving without missing a beat

Training & Team Development

  • Onboard and train new internal processors from the ground up
  • Develop and deliver training programs for third-party partners and broker shops on Non-QM guidelines and processing best practices
  • Build scalable workflows and SOPs that elevate the entire team's output

Business Development & Lender Relations

  • Travel to industry seminars, expos, and conferences to represent the company and expand our network
  • Meet directly with lenders and wholesale partners to evaluate, negotiate, and acquire new Non-QM loan products
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in client-facing and lender-facing conversations

Language & Community Outreach

  • Leverage Mandarin fluency to support Chinese-speaking clients, partners, and lender relationships
  • Help the brokerage penetrate and serve Mandarin-speaking borrower markets more effectively

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of mortgage processing experience with a heavy focus on Non-QM products
  • Deep working knowledge of Non-QM guidelines across multiple product types
  • Mandarin fluency (spoken and written) โ€” this is a genuine business requirement, not a preference
  • Proven experience training processors or managing processing workflows
  • Comfortable representing the company externally at events and in lender meetings
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and thrives in a remote environment
  • Experience with LOS platforms (Encompass, BytePro, etc.)

Compensation & Perks

  • Remote flexibility
  • Travel expenses covered for seminars and lender visits
  • Real career growth โ€” you're building something, not just maintaining it

Why This Role Stands Out

This person will have genuine influence โ€” over products we offer, people we hire, and partners we work with. It's a rare seat at the table for a processor who's ready to operate at a higher level.
