Mandarin-speaking Nanny, full or part-ti

We are looking to welcome a mandarin-speaking part-time or full-time nanny to our family in Needham. We have two boys, ages 2 and 4. The older one is in full-day preschool and the other one has another year before half-day preschool. There is always at least one parent who is working from home during the day.
Responsibilities include preparing healthy meals and snacks for the kids, pick-up/drop-off at school, keeping the kids areas clean and organized, engaging the kids with activities and teaching, helping with family laundry and tidying the kitchen as needed. (We have professional cleaners come every week.)
Full time hours would be 8:30a-5pm M-F, but we could also accept 3-4 days a week for someone who wants part time.
