Job description

Position requires to be on-site. This is a W-2, salaried role, benefits eligible.

Summary:

  • Job Position: Interpreter (Mandarin)

  • Salary: $70,000-75,000+ additional compensation for OT.

  • Shift: Day Shift - 5/10s could shift to 6/10's

  • Location: Glendale, KY

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Will provide interpreter/administrative tasks associated to a Construction Site in support of all employees who require English to Mandarin interpretation.
  • Walking or standing for multiple hours at a construction site/location.
  • Administrative work in the office/orientations/trainings.
  • 2-year-long project
  • Will be on their feet a majority of the day on a construction site, moving about
  • High fluency in Mandarin
Requirements:
  • MUST be fluent in Mandarin (Chinese)
  • Prefer local to the project but will do per diem
  • Ability to start this project ASAP
  • Must have excellent writing and computer skills
  • Great communication - written amp; verbally
  • Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Interpreter/Translator
  • Willingness to complete administrative tasks as required
  • Minimum 5 years professional/technical translating.
  • Project up to 2 years.
