Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Onsite - Chamblee/Alpharetta
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager who is fluent in Mandarin to oversee our daily warehousing operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the medical products or IVD manufacturing industry and will be responsible for managing inventory, optimizing logistics processes, and leading a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee warehouse operations to ensure they meet company standards and customer requirements.
  • Implement and monitor effective inventory management practices to maintain accuracy and integrity in stock handling.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as legal and company policies.
  • Develop and enforce proper warehousing procedures, including safe handling of medical products and IVD materials.
  • Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and space requirements to streamline storage and retrieval processes.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and deliveries.
  • Manage logistics and supply chain issues, including transportation and distribution activities.
  • Prepare and manage the warehouse budget, and perform cost analysis to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Maintain records of warehouse activities and generate reports for upper management.
  • Collaborate effectively with various China team member and communicate in Mandarin on inventory checks, policy synchronization, and translations, enhancing work accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • ERP Systems Experience Required (Netsuite experience is a plus)
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in warehouse management, preferably in the medical products or IVD manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal. Fluency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with our Mandarin-speaking clients and team members, ensuring accurate and efficient operations.
  • Certified Forklift Operator with a valid forklift license.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
