Law firm seeking FULL-TIME (Monday-Friday) Paralegal/ Case Manager

Prior experience required.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage ~60 personal injury caseload.
  • Request all pre-litigation documents: police reports, medical records, and bills, insurance information.
  • Regular and timely communication with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
  • Prepare demands and closing statements.
  • Assist the attorney and fellow paralegals with cases.
  • Commitment to providing professional, friendly, quality service to our clients

Requirements:

  • Personal injury case management experiences required.
  • Strong multitasking skills, highly organized, and detail oriented.
  • Able to work at a fast pace.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Being a team-player.
  • Commitment to providing smart, friendly, quality service to our clients

Prefer but not required:

  • Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin
  • Experience with Neos (huge bonus point)
