Job Description Summary:
Our Trademark group, preeminent internationally in strategic trademark counseling and protection, is looking for a mid-level paralegal to join its collegial and supportive team.
This position will be based in our Silicon Valley office, and offers a hybrid schedule that requires one day onsite per week at your designated office with the possibility of additional required in-office days depending on business and client needs. The work schedule for this position will be 37.5 hours per week (non-exempt), Monday - Friday, from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm PT.
Job Description:
The Trademark Paralegal will be comfortable managing their own docket, be able to work independently and have well-rounded experience, including domestic and foreign filings, online investigations, and SAEGIS scans with the guidance of a senior paralegal.
The ideal candidate will be very organized, detail oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. They will ideally have 1+ year of trademark experience and a BA/BS degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
