This role is all about collaborating with diverse team members and contributing to a fast-paced, dynamic environment that values your input and fosters your professional growth.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for executives.
• Preparing, editing, and proofreading correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Maintaining filing systems, both physical and digital, and handling confidential documents with discretion.
• Support HR functions, including onboarding, and assisting with training or recognition programs and company events.
• Ensure conference rooms are clean, stocked, and reserved for executive meetings.
• Handle ad-hoc initiatives ranging from events and offsites to researching potential new markets or business ventures.
