Executive Assistant
United Health Services (UHS) is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and technical support to the Vice President of Clinical Services. Reporting directly to the VP, this role plays a critical part in supporting the leadership and operations of the Clinical Services division. The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing a wide range of complex, highly confidential administrative tasks and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while effectively managing executive communications. This individual will demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion, along with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in budget coordination and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential. A commitment to operational excellence, integrity, and collaboration across the organization is key, as well as the ability to consistently reflect and support UHS Core Values.

Primary Work Shift: Day
Regular Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Compensation Range: $27.80 - $41.69 per hour, depending on experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage executive-level communications, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Coordinate and maintain complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments
- Process and track expenses, invoices, and related financial documentation
- Control office access, screen incoming calls, and prioritize requests and issues
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and detailed minutes as needed
- Draft routine correspondence, reports, and responses to information requests
- Arrange travel logistics, including transportation and accommodations for leadership
Minimum Required:
- Associate's degree in Administrative Support or a related field with a minimum of three (3) years of executive-level administrative experience; or
- Five (5) years of experience providing administrative support to senior leadership; or
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Communications)
Preferred:
- Notary Public certification
- Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Experience supporting executive-level leadership in an administrative capacity
- Notary Public
