• Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer
• Manage executive calendars, travel, and communications across multiple global time zones
• Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes; track action items
• Communicate on behalf of engineering, product, security, and technical support teams with internal and external stakeholders
• Support C-level leaders and tenured teams with business rhythms and events
• Execute special projects and project-manage events with cross-functional teams
• Anticipate leaders' needs, streamline workflows, and identify improvement opportunities
• Triage incoming issues, assess urgency, and determine appropriate action with executive staff and other executive assistants
• Maintain records, confidential files, and CRM data
• Process and reconcile expenses accurately
• Prioritize conflicting needs and ensure proactive follow-through
• Build strong relationships with executive staff and peers

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • At least 3 years supporting executives in a high-growth start-up environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, urgency, anticipation, and follow-through
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Superior organizational aptitude and attention to detail with flexibility
  • Tech savvy and curious about the technology industry
  • Proficient in Gmail/Google Suite
