WeCare Behavioral Health & Consulting Clinic is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our team in Oakland, California. This full-time position allows for remote work, providing flexibility while making a significant impact on patients' mental health journeys. You will be responsible for delivering tailored therapeutic services, employing contemporary methods to support individuals, couples, and families dealing with mental health challenges.

  • Cultivate personalized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, incorporating their goals, strengths, and cultural contexts.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) across various settings, including individual, couple, and family sessions.
  • Provide crisis intervention support while working closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate effective care, especially for clients experiencing acute distress.
  • Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with clinic policies and health regulations.
  • Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, providing essential tools and resources for effective mental health management.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers for cohesive patient care.
  • Regularly assess treatment outcomes, adapt strategies as necessary, and contribute to ongoing patient progress reviews.
  • Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in mental health, continuously integrating this knowledge into your clinical practice.
