We're looking for a creative, organized, and social-savvy Part-Time Social Media & Content Coordinator to help bring the Volo brand to life online! This person will play a key role in capturing the energy of our leagues and events, creating engaging content, and building a strong, connected community across our digital platforms.
You'll work closely with our local team to highlight everything Volo has to offer-both on and off the field-while keeping our social channels active, consistent, and fun.
Responsibilities:
  • Capture photo and video content at leagues, events, and activations (games, social moments, highlights, etc.).
  • Create and edit content for social media (Instagram posts, reels, stories, etc.).
  • Schedule and publish content across platforms in alignment with brand voice and campaigns.
  • Manage day-to-day social media activity, including posting stories, engaging with followers, and responding to DMs/comments.
  • Collaborate with the Events and Marketing teams to promote leagues, tournaments, and special events.
  • Help brainstorm and execute creative content ideas that showcase the Volo experience.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice that reflects Volo's energy: fun, inclusive, and community-driven.
  • Track basic performance metrics and provide insights on what content is resonating.
  • Assist with light on-site event support when needed to capture key moments.

Qualifications
  • Passion for Social Media & Community: You love creating content and bringing people together.
  • Experience with social media platforms (especially Instagram and TikTok).
  • Basic photo/video editing skills (iPhone editing, CapCut, Canva, etc.).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for engaging, shareable content.
  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends to capture live events.
  • Self-starter who can take initiative and manage tasks independently.

WOW Us With:
  • A strong personal or professional social media presence
  • Experience creating content for brands, events, or communities
  • Knowledge of trends, reels, and viral-style content
  • Passion for sports, fitness, and social events

Working Conditions:
  • Hours: Flexible, part-time (evenings & weekends required for content capture)
  • Location: Mix of on-site at local sports venues/events + remote work for editing and scheduling
  • Travel: Occasional travel to local events and venues

Enjoy These Awesome Benefits!
  • Discounted Volo Pass Membership (access to leagues, events, and more)
  • Opportunity to grow within Volo's Marketing Team
  • Discounted Volo leagues
