Located just minutes away from all of the excitement of the glittering Las Vegas Strip and Las Vegas Convention Center, Tuscany Suites & Casino provides guests with a relaxing getaway perfect for business travelers, a long weekend with friends or your next family vacation. We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager for PUB 365 who will be assisting the Restaurant Manager with the overall activities of the PUB 365 operation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise PUB 365’s Front of House service staff in alignment with Tuscany Suites & Casino policies.
  • Assist in training, managing, and motivating Front of House employees alongside the Restaurant Manager.
  • Ensure all food handling and presentation standards are consistently followed by staff.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to exceptional guest service.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with guests and team members.
  • Monitor financial transactions and budgets to ensure expenses remain within approved limits.
  • Drive sales growth by enhancing guest satisfaction and promptly resolving any issues.
  • Actively manage inventory, supplies, labor costs, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
  • Assume Restaurant Manager duties during their absence, including ordering, scheduling, payroll, in coordination with the Executive Chef.
  • Maintain the physical ability to stand and walk throughout the restaurant for 8–10 hours during shifts.
  • Be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing occasional bending, stooping, and reaching overhead.
  • Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED required. Must have 2 years of full-service restaurant experience along with a passion for creating high quality food, a proven track record of achieving results and building a winning team. Must have craft beer experience. Must be at least 21 years old. Must have a current TAM, Health, and Gaming cards.   Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to secondhand smoke and high noise levels. Normal work schedules may vary based on business needs.  Position requires availability for evenings, weekends, holidays and special events.
