Field Technician

Shack Shine | Charlotte Metro Area

Full-Time | $25-$28 an hour

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE:

Pay: $25-$28 an hour

Hours: 32–40 hours per week | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Note: 90-day training/trial period. Benefits begin after 6 months of employment.

ABOUT SHACK SHINE

Shack Shine delivers exceptional house detailing and holiday lights services through friendly,

uniformed technicians. We pride ourselves on professionalism, precision, and exceeding customer

expectations on every visit.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Lead Field Technician to perform high-quality

exterior cleaning and holiday lights installation for residential clients in the Charlotte area. This is a

hands-on, outdoor role with real opportunities for growth and leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform window washing, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and Christmas light installation

• Communicate clearly with clients to understand needs and explain the scope of work

• Follow all safety protocols and proper handling procedures for tools and chemicals

• Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and keep all equipment in good working order

• Distribute lawn signs and door hangers in targeted neighborhoods during slower periods

• Collaborate with operations teams to meet customer and business expectations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of experience working with 32 ft ladders (required)

• Comfortable working at heights and operating pressure washers, surface cleaners, and

related equipment

• Experience in power washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and Christmas lights

installation is preferred

• Proven leadership ability: history of coaching, developing others, and making sound decisions

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong work ethic, reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Ability to perform physical work — bending, lifting, and handling tools for extended periods

• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions year-round

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving history

• Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude
