Frank and Andrea's Team Member
Part-time role, Dinkytown location
Team Member Role: Team Members at Frank and Andrea's are essential to delivering a quality customer experience, support various restaurant functions, and embody our core values. This role requires teamwork, customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and service in a fast-paced environment.
Essential/Primary Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Assist in preparing and/or assembling menu items following Frank and Andrea's standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area; follow all health and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Consistently arrive on time for scheduled shifts and maintain dependable attendance.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including dress code, punctuality, and maintaining a professional appearance.
Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Restock items as needed.
  • Complete opening/closing duties, including setting up and breaking down workstations for open/close shifts
  • Attend bi-annual Staff meetings
Skills:
  • Able to interact professionally with customers and team members.
  • Strong commitment to being on time and dependable for all scheduled shifts.
  • Adhere to the company dress code and maintain a neat and polished appearance at all times.
