Position Summary

It is an exciting time to join Regal Rexnord! We are happy to share that we are hiring a Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing, to join our Global Tax team. This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional looking to expand their experience within a large, global organization. The Senior Manager is primarily responsible for leading the development, implementation, documentation, and governance of Regal Rexnord's global transfer pricing strategy. This is a high-visibility leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to manage all aspects of transfer pricing in a complex multinational environment.

The Global Tax team at Regal Rexnord has recently begun a journey to become more strategic as it supports Regal Rexnord's growing global businesses. As the leader of the Regal Rexnord's global transfer pricing function, the Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing, serves as the primary transfer pricing subject matter expert and partners closely with Tax, Finance, Legal, Treasury, and Business Unit leadership to ensure compliance with global transfer pricing regulations while supporting Regal Rexnord's commercial and operational objectives. To facilitate the Global Tax team's shift in focus to higher value-added activities, the Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing, will work closely with the tax leadership team to identify and implement strategies that improve and automate current transfer pricing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the company's global transfer pricing policies and frameworks
  • Lead transfer pricing planning initiatives related to supply chain transformations, business restructurings, legal entity reorganizations, mergers & acquisitions, intellectual property ownership and licensing structures, and intercompany financing arrangements
  • Evaluate transfer pricing implications of strategic business decisions and provide recommendations to senior tax leadership
  • Manage third-party service providers in the preparation, review, and maintenance of global transfer pricing documentation
  • Work closely with other Global Tax team members by leading transfer pricing aspects of compliance, provision, planning, and controversy matters
  • Support tax-efficient operating models while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field; advanced degree or credentials (CPA, masters in tax, JD/LLM, PhD) a plus but not required
  • 8+ years of experience in international tax, including significant expertise in transfer pricing
  • Big 4 or Fortune 500 multinational company experience desired; experience in a complex manufacturing industry is desired but not required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge of various reporting systems (e.g., Hyperion, OneStream) and tax technology solutions (e.g., OneSource Tax Provision, Corptax) preferred
