We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead full end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation projects. You must have served as the lead PM on at least one full S/4HANA implementation, including hands-on ownership of data migration activities.
You'll apply your PMP or Scrum Master certification, SAP Activate expertise, and transformation leadership skills-while we provide training on one of the world's top data conversion platforms.

• Strong SAP delivery and data migration experience
• Degree + SAP methodology training (ideal)

What You'll Do
  • Lead complex SAP S/4HANA projects from planning to go-live
  • Drive cross-functional teams and global stakeholders
  • Oversee data migration strategy, mock cycles, validation, defect management, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization
  • Deliver clear and actionable status reporting, steering committee materials, and risk/issue logs, ensuring executive-level communication
  • Build and manage comprehensive plans covering scope, schedule, budget, risks, interdependencies, and resource requirements.
  • Support process transformation and organizational change

Best if located near Malvern, PA or Miami, FL.
This full-time position is based in our office in Malvern or Florida, you will use your SAP Activate and your PMP skills and from our side we will provide training and knowledge on one of the world's top data conversion platform programs.
  • Ideally, you have a degree, PMP and be trained in SAP Activate Methodology.
  • Experience being the lead PM on at least one SAP S/4HANA Implementation and data migration within that project - this is mandatory.
  • Being fluent in German or Spanish is a plus.

Travel is optional, however if you wish there is opportunity to travel in USA, Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Switzerland and Australia.
