This role focuses on continuous improvement, capital project execution, and developing engineering talent in a process safety environment. The position partners cross-functionally to optimize operations and implement scalable, data-driven solutions.**Primary Responsibilities*** Lead and develop an engineering team, including coaching, performance management, and succession planning* Drive process improvement through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies* Identify and implement initiatives to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance* Manage capital projects ($2M–$4M annually), including scope, budget, scheduling, and execution* Apply data analysis, automation, and technology to optimize manufacturing processes* Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to solve complex production challenges* Lead structured change management initiatives to support adoption and sustain improvements* Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards, including Process Safety Management**Minimum Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field* 7+ years of engineering experience in chemical or process manufacturing environments* 3+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience* Demonstrated experience leading process improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes (e.g., cost savings, efficiency gains)* Six Sigma Green Belt certification and experience managing capital projects in a regulated environment* Experience with PLC systems (e.g., Rockwell), SAP, and standard engineering software tools* Work authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship**Preferred Requirements*** Master’s degree in Engineering or related discipline* Professional Engineering (PE) license or PMP certification* Experience with Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF, AS9100)* Experience with CMMS systems and advanced data analytics tools#LI-LK1Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.The salary for this role is $135,000-$160,000.In addition to your salary, H.B.
