Job description

We are seeking a high-impact Technical Sourcer to join our team, focusing on the specialized intersection of Electronics, Semiconductors, and Architecture/Engineering (A/E). You will be responsible for identifying and engaging the specialized engineering talent required for mission-critical industrial projects.
Core Responsibilities
- Pipeline Strategy: Build and maintain strategic pipelines for specialized engineering and architectural roles.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep competitor mapping and talent intelligence to guide workforce planning.
- Passive Engagement: Identify and nurture passive candidates through targeted outreach and long-term relationship building.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to refine requirements and calibrate technical profiles.
- Systems Management: Utilize Avature and LinkedIn CRM to track pipelines and engagement with precision.
- Data Analysis: Analyze talent availability and geographic trends to influence hiring decisions.
Requirements
- Experience: 4-8 years of sourcing or recruiting experience within A/E, EPC, or Industrial environments.
- Industry Focus: Proven background sourcing for the Electronics & Semiconductor sector.
- Sourcing Skills: Advanced ability to map markets and engage passive engineering talent.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM/ATS platforms; Avature experience is a significant plus.
- Communication: Strong ability to advise hiring leaders using data and market insights.
