Front Line Monitoring (FLM) is evolving from a rule-based monitoring model to an AI-driven, agent-enabled analytics platform focused on speed, scale, and risk clarity. As part of this transformation, we are seeking a high-impact Analytics Senior Manager to lead advanced analytics initiatives and accelerate FLM's transition to its target-state lifecycle.

This leader will operate at the intersection of risk monitoring, advanced analytics, and AI-driven innovation-bringing a versatile leadership style, strong technologist mindset, and a passion for applying AI in practical, scalable ways. What You Will Lead

  • Next-Gen Monitoring Transformation: Lead the shift from traditional rule-based monitoring to an AI-driven, anomaly-focused model, shaping how FLM detects emerging risks with greater precision and speed
  • End-to-End Analytics Lifecycle Ownership: Drive solutions across the full lifecycle-problem framing, data design, model development, and insight delivery-within a scaled, reusable, and configuration-driven environment
  • AI & Innovation at Scale: Champion and operationalize AI, agentic workflows, and coding assistant tools (e.g., Copilot-enabled development) as core to how monitoring is designed, built, and executed-enabling faster, higher-quality delivery while maintaining strong risk and governance standards
  • High-Impact Delivery with Visibility: Partner closely with senior leadership to deliver clear, actionable insights that improve risk clarity and influence decision-making
  • Team & Capability Build-Out: Lead and develop a future-ready, AI-fluent analytics team, operating as a hands-on, versatile leader and technologist who can step in to solve complex problems, guide solution design, and accelerate delivery when needed

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience

  • Strong ability to translate risk and control requirements into scalable, production-ready technical solutions

  • Track record of driving modernization initiatives, including scaling capabilities across multiple lines of business
