Volks Resources LLC is seeking a Revenue Operations (Billing & AR) professional to join our dedicated Operations team in Plano. This full-time, on-site position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our dynamic Engineering, Integration, IT Staffing, and MSP programs, ensuring streamlined billing processes and accounts receivable operations that enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the billing cycle and accounts receivable functions, collaborating closely with various departments to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions. You will have the chance to implement strategies that improve operational efficiency and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization. Responsibilities
  • Prepare, validate, and issue client invoices across Engineering, Integration, IT Staffing, and MSP programs
  • Validate billing rates against MSAs, SOWs, rate cards, and VMS terms
  • Track revenue status from approved → billed → paid
  • Manage AR aging and follow up on past-due invoices
  • Coordinate billing disputes and corrections
  • Maintain billing records in QuickBooks and supporting systems
  • Work with internal teams to resolve time, rate, or approval discrepancies
  • Support month-end billing close and reporting
Requirements
  • 3+ years of billing, AR, or revenue operations experience
  • Experience with multi-client or MSP/VMS billing strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems and data sources
  • Staffing, MSP, telecom, engineering, or professional services billing
  • QuickBooks Online experience
  • Exposure to Zoho, ADP, or VMS platforms
