Job description

Are you ready to lead and motivate competitive Commissioned Retail Sales Associates?

Responsibilities

The Sales Manager assists in training, supervising, motivating and evaluating sales associates in the Store.

The Sales Manager is also responsible for:

  • Coaching and working on the sales floor with Sales associates to develop and improve selling skills.
  • Overseeing Sales performance to ensure that the best possible customer service is met.
  • Effectively interacting in person and on the phone with customers.
  • Continuously Training Sales Associates on all products and store policies and procedures.

Qualifications

The qualified candidate must have:

  • Minimum 1 year management experience
  • Minimum 1 year sales experience
  • Strong multi-tasking, time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to motivate, lead and direct others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding and competitive environment

Job Type: Full-time
