This full-time position comes with a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, reflective of the caseload and expertise of the candidate. • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations, identifying clients' needs to create effective treatment plans.
• Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting approaches to meet specific client needs.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and psychologists to provide comprehensive care tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and remaining updated on current research and trends in mental health therapy.

Our clientele encompasses a diverse range of individuals seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Must possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in providing counseling services, preferably within a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing the counseling profession.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.
• A proven track record of effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and relevant therapeutic tools.

• Specialization in trauma recovery, substance abuse treatment, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable.
• Experience working within community health clinics, or similar settings, where you'll handle diverse and multifaceted client needs.
