Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans that promote effective outcomes.
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to various demographics, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create comprehensive care pathways for clients, ensuring all aspects of their well-being are addressed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines, using electronic medical record (EMR) systems to ensure streamlined and efficient record-keeping.
• Prioritize ongoing professional development by engaging with the latest research and attending workshops that enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge of emerging practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clientele will include individuals and families facing a variety of challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting, demonstrating your ability to address complex psychological issues.
• Strong familiarity with ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing counseling practice.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, aimed at building trust and rapport with a diverse client base.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and relevant software to streamline practice management.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as trauma-informed care, family therapy, substance use disorders, or couples therapy is highly desirable.
• Experience working in community health settings would be advantageous.
• A proven track record of collaborative work within multidisciplinary teams enhances our comprehensive care model.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per annum, contingent upon your caseload and level of experience. Additionally, we provide a robust benefits package including:
