Your Opportunity, Your Team
  • The Brand Marketing Manager supports Cornerstone Brands (Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road, Garnet Hill), you partner with the Director, Brand Marketing & Brand Relations to support two retail brands, with a focus on Grandin Road. You execute day-to-day marketing, campaign delivery, and go-to-market plans, ensuring alignment across creative, merchandising, ecommerce, and performance marketing. You will report to the Creative Director.

Where You'll Work
  • This role is hybrid. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do
  • Campaign Execution: Manage day-to-day marketing for both brands (focus on Grandin Road), ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and assets.
  • GTM Planning: Lead go-to-market planning and calendar alignment across teams.
  • Storytelling & Content: Develop briefs, timelines, and content plans for key campaigns and launches.
  • Product Positioning: Support positioning strategies and align with merchandising and brand priorities.
  • Trend Analysis: Analyze performance by channel, customer, and category to inform decisions.
  • Cross-Channel Collaboration: Partner with Ecommerce and Performance Marketing to align budgets, assets, and execution.
  • Contribute to brand storytelling, content, and product positioning, while the Director leads overall strategy and brand leadership.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, ideally in retail or consumer products
  • Experience executing brand strategies and go-to-market plans
  • Understanding of consumer insights, market trends, and digital marketing best practices
