Job description

Lake Michigan's Fast Ferry is looking for motivated, reliable Customer Service Representatives for our upcoming season!

The Lake Express Ferry travels between Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Muskegon, Michigan twice a day, with a third round trip on select summer evenings. All customer service and call center positions are land-based.

Customer Service Representatives work in the Milwaukee terminal to help our passengers have a safe, efficient, and fun experience! Employees may receive a number of ferry tickets for personal use.

This position can include either part-time or full-time hours, and may include early mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. This is a great opportunity for retirees, students, and people seeking part-time work!
