Position Summary
NeuLife Rehabilitation is seeking a Program Manager to oversee daily operations of our Bowling Green program. This role ensures high-quality care delivery, staff coordination, and operational support within a neuro-rehabilitation setting serving individuals with traumatic brain injuries and neurological conditions.
The Program Manager reports directly to the Executive Director and operates under their direction. This role is responsible for executing program operations in alignment with the Executive Director's guidance, priorities, and expectations.

Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Execute day-to-day program operations under the direction of the Executive Director
โ€ข Coordinate and oversee therapy schedules and programming logistics
โ€ข Manage appointments, calendars, and service coordination for persons served
โ€ข Oversee and coordinate transportation for persons served, ensuring timeliness and safety
โ€ข Supervise, coach, and support direct care and support staff
โ€ข Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards (CARF preferred)
โ€ข Monitor staffing schedules, coverage, and daily operational needs
โ€ข Support implementation of program initiatives and operational goals set by the Executive Director
โ€ข Address employee relations matters in partnership with HR and leadership
โ€ข Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for persons served
โ€ข Track and report key operational metrics as directed

Qualifications
โ€ข Bachelor's degree required (Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred)
โ€ข 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or rehabilitation
