Job description

Overview:
Our client is in the middle of a major transformation-and we're looking for a seasoned IT Program Manager to lead the charge on some of our most complex, high-impact initiatives, including our upcoming ERP deployment. This is a high-visibility, high-responsibility role that blends strategic oversight, hands-on project delivery, and team leadership.
You'll lead a team of Project Managers and also personally own critical programs that cut across departments, systems, and business functions. Your job is to deliver value, not just finish projects. That means ensuring that what we build works, scales, and moves the business forward.
If you're a strategic operator who can zoom out to manage the big picture, then dive deep to fix a blocker-and do it while keeping teams aligned, leadership informed, and stakeholders engaged-this is the seat you've been looking for.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership
* Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams as part of large-scale programs-especially our enterprise ERP deployment.
* Define program scope, goals, success metrics, and governance models in partnership with executive stakeholders.
* Ensure the program is tracking toward business value, not just technical delivery.
Project Oversight & Delivery Excellence
* Directly manage high-priority initiatives when needed-owning scope, budget, schedule, and outcomes.
* Provide coaching, structure, and support to Project Managers to ensure consistent execution and adherence to best practices.
* Anticipate and remove roadblocks across teams, workstreams, and dependencies.
Stakeholder Management
* Act as the senior point of contact for executive sponsors, business leaders, IT leadership, and external vendors.
* Communicate program health, risks, and business impact clearly and consistently at all levels.
* Align cross-functional stakeholders around shared outcomes, key milestones, and priorities.
Governance, Planning & Execution
* Own the program plan, resource strategy, and reporting cadence for complex initiatives.
* Drive alignment across PMs, architects, business analysts, and functional leads to maintain focus and execution discipline.
* Ensure quality documentation-charters, RAID logs, program dashboards, and architecture artifacts are in place and maintained.
Team Leadership & Development
* Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to Project Managers-developing a high-performing PM team.
* Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and proactive problem-solving.
* Help evolve Holley's delivery practices by introducing scalable, right-sized frameworks and tools.
What You Bring
* 10+ years of experience in project/program management, including 5+ years leading enterprise-level programs.
* Experience managing or mentoring Project Managers in a formal or matrixed environment.
* Proven success managing complex programs involving ERP deployments, system integrations, process redesign, and enterprise change.
* Strong business acumen-you understand how systems, processes, and people work together to create value.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills-you can go from exec boardroom to scrum standup without skipping a beat.
* Mastery of program planning, governance, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination.
* Proficiency with project and program management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
Bonus Points For
* PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certifications.
* ERP experience (e.g., Infor, SAP, etc.) from intiation through go-live and stabilization.
* Background in manufacturing, distribution, or consumer products industries.
* Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and hybrid delivery models.
