Job description

TCI has an immediate need for an IT Project Manager in Louisville, KY. This is not a C2C opportunity. This is a long-term contract opportunity with the possibility of hire.
NOTE: This position requires US Citizenship and work is performed on-site (not a remote opportunity).
SUMMARY
The IT Project Manager will manage the project lifecycle from project definition through implementation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures.
  • Develops project plan and drives project milestones.
  • Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders.
  • Provides day-to-day direction to project resources.
  • Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project.
  • Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports and budgets.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 5 or more years of experience leading enterprise-wide application projects for ERP/HR/Payroll.
  • PMP Certification is required.
  • Previous experience in HR/Finance IT projects.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects.
  • Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word.
  • Focuses on IT Projects and initiatives.
