Mission :
Vous interviendrez sur le pilotage du programme afin de garantir une livraison sécurisée et dans les délais.

À ce titre, vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

  • Identifier et gérer les dépendances projets/programmes
  • Suivre l'avancement global, avec un focus sur les budgets, jalons clés, ressources et risques
  • Piloter les demandes budgétaires, les revues financières et le suivi de la performance
  • Produire et maintenir les plans projets, plans de ressources, plans de contingence et reportings
  • Comprendre l'architecture technique et fonctionnelle afin de challenger l'ensemble de la chaîne
  • Coordonner les parties prenantes à chaque phase du projet, notamment autour de la gouvernance des risques et de la delivery
  • Challenger les plans de tests en coordination avec les Product Owners, IT Project Managers et Business Analysts
  • Anticiper les risques, retards et arbitrages projet
  • Assurer le reporting auprès du senior management

Profil :

  • Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets combinant enjeux Business et IT dans le secteur financier
  • Solide capacité de coordination dans des environnements complexes
  • Bonne connaissance des méthodologies et outils de test, notamment JIRA
  • Capacité à animer des réunions, produire des reportings clairs et gérer les priorités
  • Français et anglais courants
