PROGRAM MANAGER
5+ years of progressive healthcare development / project management experience.
Focus: hands-on oversight and delivery of healthcare projects and programs.
Ideal for experienced project leaders ready to own scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder coordination.
SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER
8+ years of progressive healthcare project management experience.
Focus: broader program leadership, client relationship ownership, team leadership, complex risk, and contracting.
Ideal for senior leaders managing larger, more complex healthcare capital programs and client relationships.
SHARED RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead healthcare project/program planning, design, pre-construction, construction administration, and closeout activities.
  • Partner with client leadership, user groups, architects/engineers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Manage scope, schedules, budgets, cost controls, forecasting, invoicing, reporting, quality, and project risk.
  • Support procurement, contract negotiation/administration, change management, and consultant/contractor performance.
  • Develop project/program plans, performance indicators, status reports, and presentations for client and executive stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, identify issues and dependencies, and drive action plans to keep projects on track.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Healthcare construction/project management background with strong planning, design, pre-construction, budgeting, contract negotiation, scheduling, and team coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical, written, verbal, interpersonal, and executive-level communication skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency; eBuilder, Bluebeam, and Smartsheet experience preferred.
