  • Hours: 40 hours/week | Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri (8am-5pm)

Your Impact (Job Duties)
  • Provider Partnerships: Act as the primary liaison between physicians, clinical staff, and external partners to ensure seamless practice operations.
  • Schedule Optimization: Strategically manage and audit clinic and surgical schedules to maximize provider efficiency and patient access.
  • Administrative Excellence: Oversee patient referrals, coordinate huddles/meetings, and manage complex correspondence with a high level of professionalism.
  • Clinical Support: Facilitate the completion of disability paperwork and insurance prior-authorizations to reduce administrative burdens on providers.
  • Relationship Management: Monitor clinical needs and communication flows to maintain exceptional patient relationships and clinical efficiencies.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven customer service experience; previous experience in a medical office or hospital setting is highly preferred.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with EHR/EMR systems preferred.
