Management Positions!!! โ€“ Bakerโ€™s Crust Artisan Kitchen - Restaurants in Southside Hampton Roads

Bakerโ€™s Crust is looking for experienced, energetic General, Kitchen and Assistant Managers to lead our restaurant teams and drive both operational excellence and outstanding guest experiences. If youโ€™re passionate about food, hospitality, and building strong teams, weโ€™d love to meet you.

Salary: Negotiable, starting at $20/hr for Assistants and $75,000/yr plus bonus for experienced General Managers

Job Type: Part-time Assistants/Full-time in all positions
Locations: Four Full-Service Restaurants

What Youโ€™ll Do

Direct and assist Corporate Management:

  • Drive restaurant and catering sales while managing costs to meet budget goals
  • Oversee financial administration, including invoices, reporting, and payroll tasks
  • Control food, beverage, labor, and operating supply costs to maximize profitability
  • Hire, train, schedule, and develop team members
  • Maintain complete and accurate employee records and handling performance management
  • Create a positive workplace culture and maintaining strong employee relations
  • Ensure consistent, fair enforcement of company policies and procedures
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain a professional dining environment
  • Uphold the highest standards for food quality, freshness, presentation, and sanitation
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and proper product handling and storage
  • Train staff on service standards, product knowledge, and suggestive selling techniques

What Weโ€™re Looking For

Qualified candidates will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum age of 21
  • At least 3 years of restaurant management experience (preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • A friendly, professional, and guest-focused demeanor
  • Passion for food and solid culinary knowledge
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Physical ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
