Mechanical Service Manager position with a large mechanical hvac construction company We are a large growing mechanical contractor that works on many large mechanical hvac and plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits, retirement package, and plenty of room for career growth. Responsibilities: Bid-on and accurately attain maintenance service agreements.

Increase, and improve HVAC Service Department's revenue and profitability Work closely with clients, and leading technicians as well as other office staff-members. Requirements: Local Stable work history. 5+ years of experience in HVAC and/or Plumbing Service Management.

Strong knowledge in: State Building Codes, Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel), among other CRM software is a plus.
