Overview

Plant Manager job at Tandem/Neal Associates. Location: Portland, OR. Currently recruiting for a plant manager position located in the Portland, Oregon area. Seeking candidates with a background in the metals manufacturing industry with experience fully running a Profit and Loss statement.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a single plant location, including production staff and production schedules.
  • Allocate resources for capital expenditures.
Qualifications
  • Experience in metals manufacturing and P&L management.
  • Experience running a plant operation and leading production teams.
  • Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.
Compensation

Salary up to $170,000 with up to a 40% bonus, a $10,000 car allowance, and excellent benefits.
