Job description

A permanent, full-time Dental Director position in Portland, OR.
This is a rewarding opportunity with an established community health system focused on serving the community.  Their multi-disciplinary team of dedicated Providers and staff offer a variety of medical, dental, behavioral, pharmacy and other community programs.  Clinic hours are M-F, 7am-4pm.
The Dental Director has the responsibility for the ongoing development and implementation of a comprehensive system of oral health care.  (75/25 clinical/admin in function)
Guaranteed salary ($200K-$245K)  and and generous benefits including medical/dental/vision, HSA Account, short and long term disability, life insurance, flexible spending, 4% 401k match, 14 paid holidays and 26 days PTO.  Loan repayment options are available.
Candidates must have/obtain active OR dental licensure, current DEA, at least 2 years experience management/leadership experience.
