What We Need

We're looking for a results-driven Channel Sales professional to own and grow strategic VAR partnerships, build partner-sourced pipeline, and drive revenue with strategic channel partners through joint business planning and partner engagement. This role requires strong experience in enterprise partner sales, cross-functional collaboration, and managing partner performance and reporting. 

What You'll Do

  • Own and grow strategic VAR partnerships across your assigned region.
  • Build and analyze Salesforce reports, territory plans, market updates and QBRs.
  • Build partner-sourced pipeline through joint account planning and partner sales engagement.
  • Track partner performance across pipeline, deal registrations, and revenue contribution.
  • Enable partner sellers to identify and position NetBrain opportunities within their customer base.
  • Lead quarterly partner business reviews and strategic planning sessions with partner leadership.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with priority partners to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Support partners through early sales cycles to ensure successful first deals and customer outcomes.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the assigned market, so as to be seen as the expert.
  • Collaborate with partner marketing to execute targeted campaigns and demand generation programs.
  • Align partner sales teams with NetBrain account executives to accelerate deal cycles.
  • Any other responsibilities assigned.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years enterprise channel or partner sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to build pipeline through VAR partners
  • Experience developing joint business plans with strategic partners
  • Experience working with enterprise technology partners
  • Strong understanding of partner business models including resale, services, and managed services
  • Experience working cross-functionally with direct sales teams, sales engineering, marketing, and leadership to execute partner-led sales strategies
  • Ability to engage with both partner executives and partner sales teams to build alignment and drive pipeline.
  • Experience managing territory strategy, forecasting partner pipeline, and maintaining accurate reporting in Salesforce.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to run partner QBRs, enable partner sellers, and represent NetBrain effectively in front of customers and partners.
  • Strong organizational discipline with the ability to manage partner pipelines, track performance, and execute against measurable goals.
  • Willingness to travel within your territory as required.
  • Manual Dexterity: Repetitive motion of wrists, hands and fingers for using a computer.
  • Stationary Tasks: Sitting for extended periods, remaining in a stationary position.

For this role, the estimated OTE is $200,000 - $250,000 on a 70/30 base/variable split. The actual salary may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
