The Role

The Lead Partner Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving process excellence and enablement for our GPS Partners. Reporting to the Sr. Manager Partner Operations, this role collaborates on partner enablement initiatives, assists with partner sales research and helps design and deliver partner training and informational forums as well as management of partner designed systems and tools.  The role will also support sales goals for the GPS organization, while enhancing cross-functional alignment and operational efficiency.

The Main Responsibilities
  • Support operational and enablement processes for our GPS Partners through training and communication programs
  • Serve as a partner advocate within GPS Sales and Operations 
  • Collaborate on performance dashboards for executive reviews
  • Conduct partner sales research as needed to resolve partner sales tagging or tracking issues for the purpose of partner compensation
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement partner strategies and monitor effectiveness.
  • Attend operational and risk-focused meetings with stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up and accountability.
  • Drive continuous improvement in business operations processes, with a focus on partner led sales and operational functions.
  • Additional duties as required by the business.

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent education combined with relevant experience, or over six years of related professional experience.
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
