We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team. The Care Partner plays a pivotal role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need of assistance due to physical, emotional, or cognitive challenges. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about enriching the lives of others and committed to delivering personalized care in a respectful and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Personal Care Assistance: Provide support with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, ensuring the dignity and comfort of individuals in your care.

- Emotional Support: Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients, offering companionship and emotional support to enhance their quality of life.

- Medication Management: Assist clients in managing their medications as prescribed, ensuring accurate understanding and adherence to medication schedules.

- Mobility Assistance: Help clients with mobility needs, including transferring, walking, and using assistive devices, to promote independence and safety.
