Job description

All Source Intelligence Analyst
MacDill AFB, FL
The All Source Intelligence Analyst will support U.S. Marine Corps Forces Central Command (MARCENT) by providing all source intelligence analysis across the classification spectrum, including Open Source, Secret, Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI), and Special Access Programs (SAP). The analyst will support crisis action planning, deliberate planning, and current operations within the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR).
The selected candidate will conduct intelligence research, analysis, and production to support operational planning and decision making for MARCENT leadership and staff. This role requires the ability to synthesize information from multiple intelligence disciplines, develop actionable intelligence products, and brief senior military and government leaders in dynamic operational environments.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Produce complex multi source intelligence products derived from intelligence collection, analysis, evaluation, and interpretation to support operational and strategic decision making.
  • Analyze and evaluate raw intelligence reporting to identify changes in adversary capabilities, vulnerabilities, intentions, and probable courses of action during contingency and crisis operations.
  • Develop Intelligence Summaries (INTSUMs), threat assessments, situational updates, and other finished intelligence products in support of MARCENT operations.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support Requests for Information (RFIs) and intelligence requirements across the CENTCOM AOR.
  • Prepare and deliver intelligence briefings, daily read books, executive summaries, and graphical intelligence products for senior military leadership.
  • Collaborate with joint, interagency, and Intelligence Community partners to support information sharing, operational coordination, and intelligence integration.
  • Support intelligence planning efforts related to current operations, crisis response, and deliberate planning activities.
  • Utilize multiple intelligence databases, reporting systems, and analytical tools to collect, fuse, and assess intelligence information from various sources.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience, Associate's degree and 4+ years of experience, or High School diploma/GED and 6+ years of expereince.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
  • Intelligence analysis experience supporting military or government operations.
  • Demonstrated experience producing all source intelligence assessments, reports, and briefings in support of operational or strategic missions.
  • Experience researching, analyzing, correlating, and interpreting intelligence information from multiple intelligence disciplines and reporting sources.
  • Experience supporting military operations, contingency planning, or intelligence operations within the CENTCOM AOR.
  • Proven ability to brief senior military officers, government officials, and operational leadership in high tempo environments.
  • Experience developing intelligence products including INTSUMs, threat assessments, executive summaries, and briefing materials.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate intelligence reporting with minimal oversight.
  • Experience collaborating with Intelligence Community organizations, joint commands, and interagency partners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast paced and high stress operational environments.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Marine Corps intelligence operations, plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience supporting Marine Corps or joint military operations within the CENTCOM AOR.
  • Familiarity with terrorist organizations, tactics, techniques, and procedures operating within the CENTCOM region.
  • Experience using intelligence databases and systems such as AMHS, TAC, M3, CIA WIRE, and PULSE.
  • Experience performing network analysis and identifying relationships between individuals, organizations, and operational nodes.
  • Prior experience supporting combatant command, joint task force, or deployed operations environments.
