Omni Healing Care Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a strong therapeutic relationship with clients to foster trust and openness.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing various assessment tools and clinical interviews.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans that align with clients’ specific needs and goals, incorporating evidence-based practices.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring an engaging and supportive environment for all participants.
  • Monitor and evaluate clients' progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
  • Coordinate care by referring clients to additional services or specialists as needed to enhance their overall treatment.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client base encompassing individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our focus is on empowering clients to overcome obstacles and lead fulfilling lives, providing an inclusive and supportive space for all.

Qualifications
  • A valid and active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in diagnosing and treating mental health disorders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively handle caseloads and administrative responsibilities.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience providing individual and group psychotherapy, with a strong understanding of different therapeutic modalities.

  • Previous experience in a community health setting or clinic is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
