About The Role

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that this person will commute into Graza's Brooklyn office 4 days per week.

  • Define monthly social content priorities across Instagram, TikTok, and new channels, collaborating with our Social Content Producer and the larger brand/creative team to ensure our content mix ladders up to key social and brand objectives
  • Oversee the social content strategy and calendar across all platforms, inclusive of owned content, brand collaborations, and influencer partnerships
  • Support the team in all concepting, filming, and editing - ensuring brand and creative alignment
  • Propose and drive opportunities for platform expansion beyond our core social channels (Instagram and TikTok)

INFLUENCER & CREATOR MARKETING

  • Set the vision and strategy for Graza's influencer and creator marketing program, partnering with our Influencer Marketing Manager and the broader team to shape how Graza's brand and products show up across every corner of the internet
  • Strategize and execute on talent-driven creative campaigns and activations that connect the brand to larger cultural moments
  • Lead the strategy and planning of all VIP / influencer gifting initiatives
  • Spearhead our IRL VIP/ influencer activation strategy, identifying and proposing opportunities to bring our community together in real life
  • Support the team in all influencer/creator briefing and communications

COMMUNITY ACTIVATION & ENGAGEMENT

  • Drive our social community strategy, partnering with our Community Manager to evolve community programming, identify opportunities to surprise and delight brand loyalists, and maximize the impact of community engagement
  • Oversee all evergreen gifting and seeding initiatives
  • Meaningfully insert Graza into the cultural conversation through brand engagement and other community-oriented initiatives

LEADERSHIP

  • Manage the monthly social content and influencer marketing budget, proposing recommendations for how to optimize the budget in alignment with seasonal brand priorities
  • Collaborate with the broader brand and marketing team to extend the impact of social campaigns and partnerships across other marketing and media channels
  • Share social / influencer / community performance and insights through monthly reporting, ensuring cross-functional visibility

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in the social/content/influencer space, with at least two years of experience in-house at a consumer brand
  • At least one year of people management experience
  • Strong POV on what makes for stand-out social and influencer programs, and a deep understanding of the social media and influencer landscape - what works, what doesn't, what's exciting, and what feels stale
  • Experience managing significant social & influencer budgets, with the ability to be scrappy and resourceful as needed
  • Exceptional communicator: You've worked with lots of external vendors, partners, and agencies. You get it.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented: You sweat the big stuff and the small stuff
  • Extremely proactive: In other words, you know how to get s**t done
  • Equally creative and strategic: You want to propose big ideas and take big swings, and you're able to articulate the larger "why" behind them
