Safety Manager Job Summary: The Safety Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and continuously improving the organization's health and safety programs across the Pompeian manufacturing operations. This role centralizes key safety, health, and compliance activities that are currently managed within HR and Operations, providing consistent oversight, expertise, and accountability. The Safety Manager will continue to build on the company's existing safety culture and active programs by strengthening compliance, standardizing practices, enhance training, enhance emergency procedures, and using data to reduce risk, prevent injuries, and support operational excellence at a multi-site, multi-shift manufacturing facility. The role is on site at Pompeian HQ at 4201 Pulaski Highway in Baltimore and will report to the VP of HR.
