As an Operations Specialist, Project Management & Sales; you will play a critical role in supporting the Opportunity to Cash (O2C) function within WSP's Horizon Program. Working closely with global stakeholders, you will help ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion CX and PPM operational environments. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprisewide processes, enhance service delivery, and contribute to a bestinclass operational support model across regions.

Your Impact
  • Assist in the management of incident (INC) management processes to address and resolve operational issues promptly and within defined service level agreements and targets.
  • Handle access request management, including monitoring downgrades and deactivations, and advising on subscription and license requirements.
  • Manage license subscription processes to ensure compliance and costeffectiveness.
  • Participate in the RPL forum to support discussions and enterprise decisionmaking.
  • Provide performance management and operational oversight for the AMS team.
  • Ensure security management and compliance, maintaining audit trails across all operational processes.
  • Collaborate with Organisational Change Management (OCM), Solution Architects, and regional teams to integrate solutions effectively into operations.
  • Enforce enhancement request processes through ServiceNow, preventing backchanneling.
  • Support the operational support strategy for the Oracle Fusion environment.
  • Provide leadership and collaborate with Global Process Leads to advance the objectives of the Horizon Platform Operations team.
  • Identify areas of improvement within functional areas and partner with Operations and Enhancement Leads to prioritize valueadded deliverables.
  • Work with vendors and WSP Horizon technical teams to oversee the health and performance of Oracle Fusion, increasing availability, reliability, and firstcall resolution.
  • Support monthly operations scorecards using a datadriven approach to identify trends, root causes, progress, and recommended next steps.
  • Help identify monthly capacity requirements to ensure support teams meet inflow demand and backlog SLA targets.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally to drive repeatable and efficient process improvements.
  • Provide functional solution expertise within Oracle Fusion modules and support advanced technical solutions, testing, batch processing, and patching reviews.
  • Identify design issues and work with business partners, process leads, solution architects, and business analysts to develop viable alternatives.
  • Support crossfunctional alignment across all inscope processes and interdependencies.
  • Work closely with functional leaders to ensure system stability and performance aligned with design intent.
  • Monitor and track systems to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Partner with functional and testing teams to deliver highquality, timely outcomes and address crossfunctional impacts.
  • Cooperate with Audit, Security, and Compliance teams to meet IT Governance Controls (52109).
  • Ensure adherence to security policies across operations.
  • Contribute to a strong and diverse team, leveraging complementary skills and perspectives to achieve operational goals.

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $98,800 - $130,800
MB & ON: $90,100 - $124,100
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $89,200 - $118,500
