Job description

The Manager of Programs provides leadership, management, and oversight for all ROC ROYAL INC programs and program sites. Reporting to the Executive Director, this position ensures programs are safe, mission-aligned, fully staffed, and effectively managed to achieve measurable outcomes for youth and families. The Manager of Programs oversees program operations, supervises staff, monitors quality and compliance, manages resources, and builds strong relationships with families, schools, funders, and community partners. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring regular presence at program sites, staff coaching, problem-solving, and proactive communication with the Executive Director regarding program performance, staffing, and organizational priorities.
