Job title: Director of Financial Reporting

Salary: $145,000 - $160,000

Location: 100% Remote

  • Own the company's SEC reporting function, including preparation and review of all 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, and other required SEC filings
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant external financial reporting in accordance with SEC and GAAP requirements
  • Serve as the technical accounting expert, researching and implementing new accounting standards and reporting requirements

Preferred Qualifications (Director of Financial Reporting):

  • 10+ years of accounting experience preferred
  • 4+ years independently managing SEC reporting preferred
  • CPA preferred
